With a focus on strategic transactions and equity investment structures, Simon Fechtig supports MIND’s transaction team as an Analyst in the execution of complex M&A mandates. He contributes across all phases of the M&A process, including business model analysis, target valuation, and the preparation of decision-relevant materials.
His experience at PwC forms the foundation of his expertise at the intersection of strategy, venture capital, and M&A, where he worked on market and competitive analyses, investment rationales, and the assessment of strategic growth options—particularly in the context of target valuation and equity stories.
In addition, Mr. Fechtig brings strong expertise in accounting and financial analysis. His work on IFRS- and HGB-related topics, as well as on key P&L and cash flow positions, provides a solid basis for financial due diligence and transaction-related financial assessments.
