Technical interview

We are looking for professionals with high demands on their work and we also set the same standards for ourselves. The technical discussion deals with practical topics from everyday M&A life. We want to understand how you think, how you structure problems and what perspective you bring in.

Getting to know the team

You'll get to know our managing partners and we'll talk about your role at MIND. This is about “cultural fit” and how you can be optimally used in a team. We'll talk about your development opportunities and how you can become part of our “client first” approach.

On-site at MIND

For all permanent team members, the last step takes place on site: You get to know your future team personally and get a direct insight into the working methods and culture at MIND. At the same time, we clarify any remaining unanswered questions in the environment in which you will work with us in the future
