Your area of responsibility

  • You are responsible for managing several deal teams and act with a clear client-first approach.
  • You support MIND's management in leading and developing M&A advisors and actively and entrepreneurially shape the development of the M&A team.
  • You will support transactions during origination, through mandate to successful completion and act as a central point of contact for clients and investors during transactions.
  • You coordinate the teams that oversee the operational implementation of the deals and always keep an overview of all important aspects of the respective projects.
  • You are not satisfied with the status quo, but actively design processes to ensure a transaction process that is as qualitative and efficient as possible.
  • You are responsible for monitoring transaction progress and ensuring that success is achieved in as many transactions as possible.

Your profile

  • You have completed a degree in economics with outstanding success (we also find other courses exciting if you have relevant professional experience).
  • You have already gained 6-9 years of relevant professional experience in M&A consulting and related areas.
  • You are well-versed in business administration and have strong corporate finance and accounting skills.
  • You have excellent knowledge of human nature and can effectively and confidently accompany discussions and negotiations even in complex situations and inspire your interlocutors.
  • You impress with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as active team spirit.
  • You are a leader with sound judgment.
  • You enjoy working with entrepreneurs and enjoy successful transactions.
  • You are highly organized and 100% reliable.
  • You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You have excellent German and English skills.
