M&A Junior Analyst (Internship) (m/w/d)

Your area of responsibility

• You help create pitch presentations, teasers and informational memoranda.
• You create integrated financial models, financial analyses and company valuations.
• You work on preparing industry, company and competition analyses.
• You support due diligence activities.
• You actively support our origination and execution M&A practice and take part in discussions with entrepreneurs and investors.

Your profile

• You are currently studying business administration, economics or a similar subject with a corporate finance orientation and are achieving very good grades or have recently completed your studies with outstanding success.
• You have already gained initial relevant experience in M&A consulting and in the corporate finance environment.
• You have a very good knowledge of human nature and are convincing thanks to your consulting and communication skills as well as a confident appearance.
• You impress with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as active team spirit.
• You have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You are fluent in German and English.
