Tim Wolter is a Junior Analyst at MIND, focusing on strategic transactions and investment structures. He supports the transaction team in executing complex M&A mandates, contributing to market and company analyses, target valuations, and the preparation of decision-relevant materials throughout the transaction process.
His analytical foundation is shaped by his studies in International Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, complemented by advanced expertise in financial modeling and practical experience in Financial Accounting Advisory at Ernst & Young, particularly in the valuation of financial instruments and carve-out projects.
His working style is shaped by a background in competitive sports, including participation in the German national junior biathlon team and winning the national ranking. He brings a high level of discipline and resilience to demanding transaction environments. In parallel, he serves as Head of Speakers at the WHU Startup Academy and has a background as a professional athlete in the German Armed Forces.
