Behind the MIND
As a Junior Analyst, Maik Klaiber supports MIND’s transaction team in the analysis, valuation and execution of M&A mandates. He contributes to market and company analyses, financial models and the preparation of decision-relevant materials, bringing a structured approach to financial analysis and transaction-related topics.
His academic foundation is built on his studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Through his roles in Wealth Management at Aargauische Kantonalbank and in Audit Financial Services at RSM Ebner Stolz, he gained practical experience in the financial sector. His profile is rounded off by his time at Progressyv Advisors, where he gained hands-on transaction-related exposure.
Beyond his academic and professional development, Maik is characterized by discipline, dedication and a strong sense of responsibility. He demonstrated these qualities during his time with the Swiss Armed Forces as well as through his commitment to the Swiss Red Cross. His admission to the Swiss Study Foundation further underlines his ambition for continuous personal and professional development.
