Behind the MIND
As a Junior Analyst, Tristan Helas supports MIND’s transaction team in the analysis, valuation and execution of M&A mandates. He contributes to market and company analyses, financial models and the preparation of decision-relevant materials, combining a structured way of working with a strong understanding of technology-driven topics.
His academic foundation is his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He gained practical experience in the financial sector through his work in Audit & Assurance Financial Services at BDO. His profile is further complemented by his experience as an IT Consultant, which gives him a practical understanding of how technological solutions and AI-related applications can be developed and applied in real business contexts.
Outside of work, Tristan is shaped by discipline and endurance. As a triathlete, he brings commitment, focus and resilience — qualities that are also reflected in the way he works within the team.
